The building services is rated at 6,000-amp, 480-volt, three phase, four wire electric service metered for common area commercial consumption by approximately 25 common area submeters; tenants are separately sub-metered.

Full wet sprinkler system; dry sprinkler system; fire alarm monitoring system with pull-down alarm stations, audio/visual alarms and smoke detection units.

HVAC

Two McQuay combination air conditioning, air handling/compressor/condensing units (45 tons, 30 horsepower each) on each floor provide ventilation throughout the building; all 12 units are supplied by a BAC cooling tower (806 tons) and a heat exchange unit.
